The key to a successful
"Leave it to the professionals."
The hotel development department of Bouygues Batiment International offers its unique market expertise to investors throughout the world.
The originality of our approach, based on combined hotel and construction skills, is to guide each of our clients through all stages of the project, whether it is a Business Hotel, a Resort Hotel or an Airport Hotel. Based on the site selected by the investor, our teams carry out preliminary studies (market, feasibility, return), drawing up plans for the future hotel and defining a hotel programme (surface area, number of rooms, restaurants) while committing themselves to a construction cost.
Our experts in financial engineering can also provide upstream assistance to the investor in financial organisation of the project. Lastly, Bouygues Batiment International can advise its client on the choice of operator responsible for managing the establishment. Our holistic approach thus guarantees our investors that they will be dealing with a single point of contact for the delivery of a turn-key hotel, even down to the smallest details (furniture, fabrics, decoration).
This high added-value expertise, based on a comprehensive understanding of the hotel industry, has enabled Bouygues Batiment International to sign-off on some of its most magnificent projects, which today rank as some of the international benchmarks in luxury hotels:
- Sky City Marriott Hotel in Hong Kong
- Ritz Carlton in Dubai
- Park Hyatt Equestrian Club in Jeddah
But our role does not stop with delivery of the hotel. Our teams continue to support each of our clients: once in operation, we analyse hotel performance and recommend action plans guaranteeing optimum profitability of their investment. What are we most proud of? The Hotel Development Department of Bouygues Batiment International has delivered nearly 22,000 hotel rooms in ten years.
